Returns
All products purchased on www.kitelifestyle.com can be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email your request along with the order number to support@kitelifestyle.com and ship the product to: Selectronics Lifestyle, 3, Jadulal Mullick Road, Kolkata – 700006, West Bengal. Tracking details (Air Waybill / Courier Company Name) should be shared with the company (email at support@kitelifestyle.com). The company shall not be responsible for any loss / damages during transit. After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.
Refund method

After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you. We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection. If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card/debit card/wallet or net banking the total order amount you paid is returned to the same mode of payment after approval of the inspection. If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the total order amount paid (except the Cash handling charges) would be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer to the Kite Support team. It usually takes 7 days to process and give the refund.
If the product comes back to the warehouse undeliverable due to the customer not being available to receive the product or if the address given on the order is incorrect or if after several attempts by the courier company the customer still has not taken delivery of the product, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges. It usually takes 7 days to process and provide the refund.
Under no circumstances, a refund will be processed if the product is found to be damaged by the consumer.
