Standard Shipping and Delivery speeds

All orders above INR 1,000/- placed on www.kitelifestyle.com will be delivered for free through express shipping. Prepaid orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day
  • Order is processed on all days except Sundays and major holidays. All orders received on Sundays will begin processing the following Monday.

Once shipped, a notification mail along with a shipment tracking number will be sent to your registered email ID.

Delivery

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email / intimation containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able / liable to compensate for any agony caused due to delay in delivery.

Delivery time:
  • Standard delivery time is approximately 5 business days of the order date depending on the pin-code of shipping address. Orders may take up to 1-2 full business days to be processed and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
  • In case of remote locations, delivery time may be extended up to 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You can only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched from our end. Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will be dealt on a case by case basis.
